Operational Theory
It's birthday isn't important. It is just a ball of discarded red elastic bands.
I couldn't tell you how many elastic bands make up the ball, how much it weighs or even (right now) how wide it is.
All I can tell you is; The Red Elastic Band Ball is there, solid and quite heavy, on my desk (it is too big and too cumbersome, I no longer carry it around in my pocket or my bag).
It unavoidably exists. It takes up space. It is demanding my (and your) attention. It's all very random.

Transitional Mechanics.
Be aware that futile and misplaced application of trust will distort the image. Subjective perceptions may appear closer than they actually are. Repetitive cases of futile application of trust will distort the image further creating the illusion of attachment and obligation.
Scenes, plots and narratives within your own screenplay are the result of choices you have made. If you ignore the warning signs, the fault is your's.
Own it.
Reinvention is common. There are conflicting schools of thought on this subject. A Mask is still a mask by any other name.
Fixtures and fittings may be contaminated with toxins, do not forget to wash your hands.

it was colder than it looked.
...well, that sums up the nature of that particular day and that particular realtionship. A year, (culminating in an afternoon from which the picture is taken) of humilation and embarrassing behaviour (again) , which only served to demonstrate how far we were from the projected ideal. See previous post for debriefing.
But i won't say too much (at this point) for fear that *someone* will lose the plot over my ever & always honest ramblings - even if it is fine for her to have copied the format ...
But that is done with now, i'm sick of going around in circles with her, it was and is all a waste of time.
Done, dusted. Bish bash bosh. Move along, move along, nothing to see here.

The Drawn Curtain approach: "The end...
At the end of the day, there are three things which are deal breakers;
Lack of respect for one's self,
Inappropriate attitudes towards children, Inconsiderate behaviour to those closest to you.
I don't actually like those, it offends my emotional attention for so many different reasons.
I think I finally got that *those* feelings weren't really mutual either.
Shame. It was never dull.
